Tiffany Wethington
Beginning her career as an RN case manager, Tiffany has served in multiple clinical and leadership roles, including patient care manager and director of nursing, before stepping into her current role as Executive Director. Her journey has given her a deep, well-rounded understanding of hospice care from the bedside to organizational leadership.
Tiffany’s path into hospice began by chance, but her commitment has been shaped by the quiet, meaningful impact of the work. She is driven by the moments that often go unseen, easing discomfort, supporting families through difficult decisions, and simply being present so no one feels alone. She believes that while we cannot change the outcome, we can profoundly shape the experience. As Executive Director, Tiffany leads with a servant-hearted approach, creating an environment where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered to provide compassionate, individualized care. She is deeply connected to Luminary’s belief in care that is personal and rooted in community, ensuring each patient’s story is honored and each family feels supported by a team they can trust. Through her leadership, Tiffany strives to create experiences that bring comfort, dignity, and even moments of light during life’s most difficult season.
My brightest moments have been creating meaningful experiences for patients, whether it’s something unique like a paint-and-sip or as simple as sharing a favorite meal. Those moments bring comfort, joy, and a sense of normalcy, and being part of a team that makes that possible is what makes this work so meaningful to me.Tiffany’s Brightest Moment
