His work has been guided by a simple belief: every patient and family deserves to experience the very best hospice care has to offer.
Steve’s calling to hospice began when a close friend was nearing the end of life. Witnessing the way hospice caregivers surrounded his friend and family with compassion, comfort, and support inspired him to join the profession and help others access that same gift of care. Since then, he has had the privilege of serving thousands of patients and families, reinforcing his belief that no one should face the end of life alone or in pain. As Senior Vice President & General Manager of Business Operations, Steve provides operational leadership across multiple markets, supporting growth, market expansion, and the development of high-performing local leaders. He leads with respect, empathy, and a human-to-human approach, believing that meaningful connections are at the heart of exceptional care. Through his leadership, Steve helps ensure Luminary remains focused on honoring each patient’s wishes and creating experiences rooted in dignity, compassion, and community.
