Beginning her career as a social worker and later serving in marketing and administrative roles, Lindsey discovered her true calling in hospice, where leadership, compassion, and purpose intersect. Today, she leads with a focus on dignity, excellence, and creating meaningful experiences for patients and families during life’s most sacred moments.

Lindsey’s passion for hospice is rooted in her own family’s story. In 2015, hospice made it possible for her mother to return home from the hospital and spend her final days surrounded by family, honoring her last wishes with comfort and peace. That experience forever shaped Lindsey’s understanding of hospice as more than medical care, it is dignity, choice, and presence when it matters most. As Executive Director, she leads with empathy and accountability, believing that when teams feel supported, heard, and empowered, they deliver extraordinary care in return. Lindsey is deeply committed to care that is personal and rooted in community, recognizing that no two journeys are alike and that every detail matters. Through her leadership, she strives to ensure each patient feels known and honored, and each family feels that their loved one truly mattered.

One of my favorite Bright Moments involved a husband and wife who always said, ‘I love you’ and ‘I love you more.’ Before he passed, our team recorded his voice saying those words and placed it in a small frame with his photo. Today, she presses the button to hear him respond each time she leaves her home. That’s what happens when care is truly personal, love continues, even in grief.
