Throughout her career, Jennifer has served in diverse clinical, educational, and leadership roles, from critical care nursing to hospital operations. These experiences have shaped her belief that exceptional patient care begins with caring for the people who provide it, inspiring her to lead with both a clinician’s heart and a commitment to meaningful, lasting impact.

Jennifer’s passion for hospice is rooted in her belief that every patient and family deserves to understand and experience the comfort, dignity, and support hospice can provide. With her own mother receiving hospice care, she brings an especially personal perspective to the importance of thoughtful, individualized care. As Executive Director of Luminary Hospice in Fort Worth, Jennifer is dedicated to building connected, supported teams who deliver excellence in every interaction. She believes meaningful relationships create the foundation for exceptional care, and that even the smallest unexpected gestures can bring joy, peace, and comfort to patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments.

One of my brightest moments was watching Natasha, one of our Executive Director Specialists, repeatedly adjust her travel plans during a winter storm to remain in Fort Worth and support our team and patients. Her willingness to put others first was a beautiful example of what it means to honor and serve.
