Hannah began her journey as a patient care assistant during nursing school and built a strong clinical foundation as an oncology nurse before following her calling into hospice. Her experience across bedside care, admissions, and leadership has shaped her thoughtful, patient-centered approach to clinical excellence.

Hannah’s passion for hospice is rooted in the moments she spent caring for patients nearing the end of life, sitting with them, listening to their stories, and ensuring they felt seen and valued. She believes the greatest gifts we can offer are presence, kindness, and human connection. As Director of Clinical Services, Hannah leads with a servant-hearted approach, creating a supportive environment where teams feel empowered to deliver meaningful, compassionate care. She is deeply committed to care that is personal and grounded in dignity, ensuring every patient is treated as an individual and every family feels supported and never alone. Through her leadership, Hannah strives to create a culture where presence and compassion guide every interaction.
