Beginning her career as a social worker, Doria built a strong foundation supporting patients and families through complex medical and emotional challenges. She was drawn to hospice as a space where dignity, compassion, and whole-person care could truly come to life, and her progression into leadership has allowed her to expand that impact across entire teams and communities.

Doria’s “why” is rooted in witnessing the profound difference compassionate support can make during life’s most vulnerable moments. She is deeply committed to helping patients find peace and guiding families through grief with presence and empathy. As Executive Director, Doria oversees clinical, operational, and strategic aspects of care, ensuring every experience is patient-centered and grounded in dignity. She leads with empathy, presence, and support, creating an environment where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered to provide meaningful care. Through her leadership, Doria strives to ensure every patient is met with comfort and respect, and every family feels supported, informed, and never alone.
