Her career began in hospice, expanded through home health sales and leadership, and ultimately led her back to her true calling, leading hospice operations across multiple states with a focus on performance, culture, and sustainable growth. Throughout her journey, Carey has remained grounded in the belief that operational excellence must always serve people first.

For Carey, hospice is the most intimate and meaningful form of care, one where there is only one chance to get it right. She is deeply aware that what families experience in these final moments is something they carry long after care has ended. As Vice President of Operations, Carey oversees day-to-day and strategic operations across Luminary, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory integrity, and mission-aligned growth. She leads with empathy, clarity, and accountability, creating stable, supportive environments where teams feel trusted and prepared. Through her leadership, Carey helps ensure every patient is met with dignity and peace, and every family feels supported, informed, and never alone.
