Bryan was drawn to hospice through the experiences of loved ones and close friends whose families were cared for during life’s final chapter. Seeing firsthand the difference compassionate hospice care can make inspired him to support the people who provide that care every day. As Vice President of Technology & Innovation, Bryan leads Luminary’s technology strategy across engineering, infrastructure, security, data, AI, and business systems, ensuring technology serves as a foundation for exceptional patient care rather than a barrier to it. He believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, and that supporting caregivers with the right tools allows them to be fully present for patients and families. Through his leadership, Bryan is committed to building innovative solutions that strengthen Luminary’s mission while helping every team member focus on what matters most, delivering compassionate, personalized care.
