Her journey has given her a deep understanding of both the operational and relational sides of serving patients and families at the end of life, as well as what it takes to build strong, mission-driven teams. What began as an administrative role quickly became a calling.

Brittany discovered that hospice fulfilled her deep desire to help people in meaningful ways. She believes hospice remains one of the greatest gifts in healthcare, though often underutilized, and she sees her mission as helping more families understand and access its benefits. In her current role, she supports hospice care consultants across Indiana, building trust through transparency, authenticity, and servant leadership. Brittany seeks first to understand the needs of her team and the families they serve, working to remove barriers so caregivers can focus on what matters most. She believes excellent hospice care is deeply personal, meeting each individual where they are and ensuring every patient and family feels respected, valued, and heard.

My Brightest Moments show up in the warm hugs and ‘great to see you’ comments from my team. Seeing their faces light up reminds me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. When your team feels supported and valued, that impact extends to every family we serve.
