With a strong clinical foundation in senior care and extensive leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit hospice organizations, Andrea has built her career around operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and compassionate end-of-life service.

Andrea’s “why” is deeply personal. After walking alongside a close friend who passed away from breast cancer at a young age, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact end-of-life care has not only on patients, but on families and loved ones. That experience shaped her calling to hospice and solidified her commitment to serving with dignity and compassion during life’s most vulnerable seasons. As Area Director of Operations, Andrea provides strategic oversight across multiple locations, supporting executive and clinical leaders to ensure care is high-quality, compliant, and deeply patient-centered. She leads with servant-hearted accountability, believing that when teams feel valued and supported, they are empowered to provide meaningful, exceptional care. Through her leadership, Andrea strives to ensure every patient feels honored and every family feels seen, heard, and never alone.

One of my brightest moments was being part of a gender reveal for a patient and family we were caring for. In the middle of a tender season, it was a beautiful reminder that hospice is not only about managing the end of life, but honoring the life that remains.
