Hospice patient Linda Stewart, a resident of Park Place Senior Living, once found great joy in creating chalk art and finds comfort in caring for babies. At Luminary Hospice, we strive to create “Bright Moments” that are deeply personal and meaningful to each patient.
The Luminary team came together to design a special experience just for Linda. With sidewalk chalk in hand, the team’s children and grandchildren joined in, adding laughter and energy. Music filled the air, bubbles floated gently around, and cookies were shared to complete the joyful scene.
When Linda arrived, she smiled and said, “Great idea!” She was fully engaged—holding her chalk, cuddling her baby doll, and tapping her foot to the music. It was a beautiful reminder of how small, thoughtful gestures can create lasting moments of comfort and happiness.
