At Luminary Hospice, we believe quality of life should be honored in a meaningful way to the patients entrusted in our care.
When Anne was asked what would bring her joy, she quickly replied that she wanted to go out to eat at Cork and Cleaver—specifically to enjoy their famous salad bar. Her Nurse and Chaplain immediately jumped into action to make it happen. When Anne learned the date of her big outing, she joyfully sang, “I’m over the moon!”
A heartfelt thank-you to The Village at Pine Valley Assisted Living for providing transportation, as well as to Anne’s family and the Luminary team members who accompanied her to make the day so special.
At Luminary Hospice, we believe Bright Moments are our commitment in end-of-life care—because every smile, song, and shared experience matters.
