Routine home care
Provided to individuals in the comfort of their home, whether the home is a private residence, long-term care facility, or an assisted living community.
Inpatient care
Short-term inpatient care at a hospice-approved facility. Patients receive intense palliative treatments to address pain and symptom management. Once symptoms are controlled, the patient returns home.
continuous care
This level of care is medically necessary care for patients who may be experiencing a medical crisis requiring more intense pain or symptom management for short-term extra support.
Respite care
As-needed relief for family members or caregiver for up to five days at a hospice-approved facility.
